Woodburn is a small community east of Fort Wayne in Allen County. It has a quiet residential character with a mix of older homes and newer construction on agricultural land that has been converted to residential use.

Monroeville is a small Allen County community southeast of Fort Wayne. Its older housing stock and rural character mean many homes have older foundation systems that benefit from inspection and updating.

Ossian is the largest community in Wells County, located approximately 20 miles south of Fort Wayne. It has a growing residential base with many homes built in the past 20 years on former agricultural land.
